Our top-tier product line is now complemented by the ELA – a modular system that can be integrated into existing processes as an automated cleaning solution or designed into new machinery from the outset. Through an interface, the ELA communicates directly with the production machine and can control elements such as a robotic arm. This enables fast, automated laser cleaning of machinery or moulds without long downtime. Adjustments can also be made at any time after installation. This in-house development is manufactured to the highest industrial standards and can be programmed for any application. The ELA can be equipped with any type of laser that fits your automated process, with the laser unit built in Germany to the highest quality standards.
Fully automatable laser cleaning
Our ELA laser system works like a modular kit that can be precisely configured for your application. By connecting via an input/output interface, the ELA can communicate with robot-controlled systems – even steering the robotic arm that guides the laser light across the surface for cleaning. Ideal for the automated and thorough cleaning of injection moulds, baking moulds, tyre moulds, printing rollers and all types of industrial moulds.
